About Us
Imperial Welding Ltd. was founded in 1992. We originally started as a structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication shop in Victoria, B.C. We moved to our present location (Chemainus, B.C.) in 1995. We have been a member of the Canadian Construction Association since 1992 and are CWB registered. We currently have 28 employees.
Facilities
- 65' X 110' main bay for fabrication of structural steel, c/w (1) 5-ton and (1) 7-ton overhead cranes.
- 45' X 80' bay for fabrication of miscelaneous metals, c/w (2) 3-ton overhead cranes
- 35' X 80' bay for stock, painting, miscellaneous, c/w (1) 2-ton overhead crane.
- Imperial owns all in-shop equipment necessary for fabrication.
- We are capable of handling projects up to 1800 tons.
